Understanding Additional Charges for Holidays or Peak Times

While our regular service fees are competitive with those of our competitors, we do have some additional charges for holidays and peak times to ensure that we can always be there for you and your pets. Holiday Fees
For certain holidays, we apply a $5 holiday fee to our regular service rates. These holidays include President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. This nominal fee helps us maintain our availability and ensure that we can continue to provide quality care during these busy times.
Peak Holiday Fees
During peak holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday-Sunday) and the period from December 23rd to January 1st, we apply a $10 peak holiday fee to our regular service rates. These times are especially busy, and the additional fee helps us manage the increased demand for pet care services.
