At Sitter4Paws, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to provide a cancellation policy that is both flexible and fair. Here's what you need to know about our cancellation policy:


Cancellation Deadline

There is no charge to cancel your scheduled pet taxi services as long as we receive notification before 6 PM the evening prior to the scheduled start time. We believe in giving pet parents ample time to adjust their plans without incurring any additional fees.


Late Cancellation Fee

If you need to cancel your scheduled pet taxi services after 6 PM on the evening prior to the scheduled start time, a nominal $5 cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover administrative costs associated with last-minute cancellations.


Same-Day Cancellations

In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled pet taxi services within the same day or during the scheduled time frame of the service, we reserve the right to charge the full visit rate. This policy ensures that our drivers are compensated fairly for their time and availability.


Communication is Key

We encourage open communication between pet parents and our team to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth scheduling. If you anticipate needing to cancel or reschedule your pet taxi services, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary fees.
