If you need to cancel your scheduled services after 6 PM on the evening prior to the scheduled start time, a nominal $5 cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover administrative costs associated with last-minute cancellations.

In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled services within the same day or during the scheduled time frame of the service, we reserve the right to charge the full visit rate. This policy ensures that our sitters are compensated fairly for their time and availability.
