Service Agreement
Sitter4Paws agrees to deliver pet sitting, dog walking, and relevant pet care services in a dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy manner.
Waiver and Release
The client expressly waives and releases Sitter4Paws from any and all claims against the company, its owners, employees, and representatives, except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct.
Payment
The client agrees to pay all charges accrued for services rendered. Payment is due at or prior to the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Pet Care Responsibilities
Sitter4Paws shall take precautions against sickness, injury, escape, loss, accidents, or death of the client’s pet(s). However, Sitter4Paws is not liable for incidents unless caused through negligence or willful misconduct.
Client Representation
The client warrants that their pet(s) are currently vaccinated in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
Indemnification
The client accepts responsibility for all medical expenses and damages resulting from injury to the Pet Sitter, other persons, or other animals caused by their pet(s) or negligent act.
Aggressive Behavior
The client agrees to notify Sitter4Paws of any past or present aggression in their pet(s). Sitter4Paws is not liable for damages resulting from aggressive behavior unless caused by negligence.
Cancellation Policy
Sitter4Paws reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $5 of the scheduled visits for services cancelled after 6 PM on the evening prior to the scheduled start time.
Termination of Contract
Sitter4Paws may terminate the contract if the Pet Sitter determines the client’s pet(s) pose a danger. Alternative care arrangements will be made if possible.
Right to Refuse Service
Sitter4Paws reserves the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason.
Entry Authorization
Client grants Sitter4Paws authorization to enter the listed address as needed to perform services.
Emergency Situations
In emergencies, inclement weather, or natural disasters, Sitter4Paws will use reasonable judgment for the pet(s)’ care and residence's well-being.
Limitation of Liability
Sitter4Paws is not responsible for any damages beyond the Pet Sitter's control.
Client Responsibilities
The client must supply necessary equipment and supplies for their pet(s)' care and authorize any necessary purchases for satisfactory service performance.
Use of Pet Pictures
Client authorizes the use of their pet(s) pictures for promotional purposes.
Contract Approval
Client approval of this contract permits Sitter4Paws to accept future reservations and provide services without additional contracts or authorizations.
Applicability
The terms apply to all pets owned by the client, including new pets obtained after signing this document.
Acknowledgment
By using Sitter4Paws services, the client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
